Famous Famiglia Pizzeria — Restaurant in New York

I had the margarita pizza. The first few botes were good, then it kinda lost taste. Good points are not too much oil from pizza. Too much oil = cheap cheese, the cheese used here was good quality. Tomato splash on top had no spices but was a nice addition. Crust was good, foldable and not burnt. For some strange reason the rest of the pizza wasn't as flavorful. Maybe because it wasn't as hot as it could have been. Staff looked clean. Money not handled by people who make your food = excellent. Floor was cement. Maybe they were going for the post industrial look, but every once in a while you need to scrub off the old wax and clean to the cement. No hair, roaches on other undesirable things in food = excellent. I will go again but tell them to heat it up a little more. Staff was overall very friendly. Nothing pretentious , just good food....

This place is full of scam artists. I made an online order, and they called me to say my order was on its way and would be at my place in 10 minutes. So, I went downstairs and waited. Twenty minutes later, the order still wasn't there, so I called them back. They told me the delivery guy had been waiting in front of my building for 15 minutes with no one coming down to meet him—total lie. I had been sitting in front of my building for 20 minutes.

On the phone, they said the guy would return and be there in 5 minutes. Fifteen minutes later, he still hadn't shown up. When I called to cancel the order, the delivery company told me the driver marked it down as delivered 30 minutes ago, so I couldn't get a refund. I had no choice but to wait a total of 1 hour outside for my pizza, which arrived cold. Thanks a...

I’m a life long New Yorker and I have to agree with the reviewer below me it really is the best greatest pizza I have ever had in my life:) every slice is made to the brim packed with perfection and love the dough literally taste beyond out of this world and is a billion times better tasting pizza then that trash pizza place Vincent’s I work out every single day at equinox but find myself every two to three weeks craving two slices of cheese or their delicious magical margarita pizza or some truly beyond mind altering life changing slices of Sicilian if you want the best possible tasting slice of pizza in the UES made quickly you have to go this pizza place it’s a must and my favorite one in All of The UES I could not recommend them anymore highly they are the best of the best without a...
