My experience at this restaurant was one of the worst yet. I’m shocked that they have as many stars as they do. When my husband and I first entered the restaurant it took as about two minutes to find a waiter to even acknowledge our existence, but we was eventually told we can sit any where. It wasn’t crowded, but it took another 10 minutes to be addressed again so we could order our food. I wasn’t too upset about that especially because once we were able to get the order in the food came out pretty fast. I had fish tacos for an appetizer and it was the worst I ever had. I will admit the waiter seen that I was not happy with the tacos and offered to replace them with something else, but I declined because I thought my husband was going to eat it, but it was bad he couldn’t eat it either. I order seasoned fries to go with my tacos and received some sort of cheese fries. They were good but not what I ordered. So I could get something besides fries in my stomach I order the salmon bites and it was worse than the fish tacos. It tasted like it was cooked in old grease and had no season on it. While we were eating I noticed one of the guys from the kitchen haul two bags of trash through the dining area to the dumpster in the back (health code violation). Then what took the cake for me was when I went to the bathroom and realized their soap was water down. It literally was all water with a little bit of bubbles at the top. Now, I’m wondering if I can’t properly wash my hands after using the bathroom how did the guy in the kitchen who took the trash out, or the cook, or the waiter who handed me my food. I’m not sure what the issue was the day I went because I was expecting a better experience due to the high rating. From my experience, I can’t believe that any of those reviews before me was real.
