Shah's Halal Food — Restaurant in New York

I've been coming here before this place was even on Google. I've been here about 7-8 times by now and every single time, the food was on point. I always get a combo over rice which is about $12 after tax and the food is actually good for NYC standards. Given that some of the carts near me are now charging $10 for barely edible platters, I can't complain about the price here. The service is always fast and I've never gotten sick from the food here (can't say the same for other halal places in the city). FOOD WAS NOT GOOD EXPECTED BETTER QUALITY AND FRESHER FOOD BECAUSE OF ALL THE HYPE ABOUT THIS PLACE. BOUGHT 3 CHICKEN GYROS Myself and My MOM AtE 2 And 1 we threw away 36$ for just a gyro sandwich and a few SMALL CUPS OF WHITE SAUCE and NO CAN of SODA is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

I'm very happy I stumbled across this restaurant. Anytime I'm making some sort of pitstop and I happen to be hungry, I always try to buy halal food, and in this case I was thankful to end up here. I had the Kofta Gyro on a Pita Bread with their sauces. It was slamming and fresh.
