Starbucks — Restaurant in New York

I don't know how this place keeps getting 5 star reviews. I've tried this place three times based on the positive reviews and each time it has not lived up to the reputation of 5 star reviews.

First time, I ordered a kids warm chocolate for my kids at kid's temp, they failed to make it three times and then got angry when I asked them to taste it because what they made was coffee with 3 pumps of mocha not warm chocolate milk.

Second time, I gave this place another try and ordered a chai tea latte, they failed to make it and they gave me attitude when I brought it back because it tasted like they used spoiled milk.

Third time, I ordered a chai tea latte and they didn't know how to accept the starbucks app promotions and on top of that when the drink was finished, they just left it on counter while I waited for them to call my name. The barista literally looked at the drink, spun it around like it was a marvel infinity stone and set it down and walked away. I guess it was too dangerous to say my name (I am not Thanos).

Compared to all of the starbucks including ones located in Macy's and Barnes and Noble in the nearby area, this place doesn't compare to their standards. This is the only one that consistently failed.

I only go to this starbucks because it is near my home and time was an issue, otherwise, I would go to other locations due to my consistently bad...

I used to come here all the time as a high schooler kind of high school student. I would always get the same kind of Panini ingredients type of meat as well as with other kinds of different vegetables infused together as well as order a matcha Frappuccino latte all the time soon right after high school and club and sports kind of athletic practice kinds of meetings ended for me. I would study here until late at night until I understood each and every concept on what all of my AP Chemistry, AP Chinese and AP Calculus AB professors type of lecturing teachers were talking about that same day while I was trying to listen to what they were actually teaching in the first place and repeating all those practice AP examinations type of questions by doing it myself, which is the reason how I learned to score very well and pretty much very okay on all of my AP Examinations for my senior year in high school for the Public High School Academic School...

What is this???? I ordered online to pick it up. I get in there 10 minutes later and they didn’t even start it!!!! They weren’t even busy, the guy that does the mobile order is sluggish and didn’t even apologize. This was Saturday, April 20, 2024 and 10:45 am. He was tall with slightly curly hair and didn’t have a badge, which the rest did. He was the only one who didn’t. I ordered online specifically to not wait, yet it was the same as ordering there. Then I see him make it and just rushed the whip (LOOK AT IT!!!!) and didn’t put the exact specifications of order. My gf said it’s “ice with a hint of chai.” NO FLAVOR!
