However, on this particular visit, I was taken aback when the Starbucks employee looked me in the eyes and informed me that they typically don't sell hot green tea, only the cold version. Not only did this make me question my own sanity, but it also turned out that the employee was mistaken the whole time. Despite being wrong, he didn't even have the decency to apologize.
