This location has a handful of employees some are great and some shouldn't be even be allowed to step foot in the door. Thr young woman Trish who was making the drinks is really good at what she does. I would give her the 5 stars for sure. My drink was suppose to be breve (made with half n half) she apparently ran out. It was very busy as it normally would be at a rush hour time slot. Trish asks the manager (Esther) to grab her another half and half and the manager IGNORED her. I had earbuds on so if I could hear her than the manager should have heard her. Esther proceeded to stomp around in the back area of the store with an attitude. So I guess considering the situation Trish went ahead and made my drink with MILK. I spent nearly $15 on two venti white chocolate mocho. Now this bad rating isn't for the young woman Trish because again I have been there before and she makes my drink super perfect and also back when Kevin the old manager was there that store ran much better. My husband went back to the location and the drinks were corrected. I'm not sure why Kevin isn't there anymore but they need to bring him back. This Esther woman brings a very thick grey cloud that's not very welcoming. Exceptional customer service is imperative at such a pricey business. Malecón down the street has wonderful coffee yet they aren't open until a certain time. Starbucks needs to revisit their Managers and inject them with happy bugs with a splash of people skills because this Esther lady...
Read moreI ordered on my app an ice coffee. The coffee taste horrible the man who made it was rude when I asked him where the loaf I ordered with the coffee. So then I felt to scared to asked him to fix my drink I walked over to a woman that was standing there and asked her she handed it to him he smash the cup into the sink and was bagging the cabinets and everything while making my coffee. He not wearing his name time right but he is wearing a black cap/visor and black shirt with a green/teal apron his cap/visor had a pin on it and as I was standing there waiting for my coffee to be made inside of putting it my hand as I reach out for it he puts it down on the table. But instead of me getting mad I stood and watch as he gave people there drinks in there hand so it must be that he had a problem with me. As the customer I refused to let this behavior be ok as I also work in hospitality and know that it’s customer service that is welcome customers back. Because of this unprovoked rude behavior towards me I have to leave this review in hopes that his management sees it and correct or train this man on customer...
Read moreI’m a bit disappointed @ the fact I wasn’t acknowledge as a customer. So I walked in and I was looking to see what I wanted order standing a few feet away from the register so they knew I wasn’t ready yet to order. Even standing there there was no greeting no welcome, I figure in there defense they are keeping things clean, whipping things down. Mind you no one was near the register. Meaning other customers. when i was ready to order I walked up to the register. I looked at the lady behind the counter she clearly saw me and ignored me. As I’m standing there giving her enough time to address me, a gentlemen walks In he is acknowledge immediately by same lady who is much closer to me behind the counter. I’m disappointed because I also work in the service industry and I at least acknowledge customers from the door at least. Now they might come up with some bs saying they didn’t acknowledge me bc I had headphone on but there were off powered off Do better my ppl Maybe I have to join a Starbucks fan club to be acknowledged like the gentleman that walked...
