After a lengthy renovation reopening their customer service and quality has significant declined. 3 attempts to order my ice coffee correctly have failed. Each time I bring the error to the attention of the supervisor on duty I’m told I can come I could come back for a replacement. I don’t not have time to come back and even worse; I dumped my ice coffee received and was told need to wait until the next day for a replacement only to find It’s also has been made incorrectly for a third time. Starbuck corporate needs to reevaluate who’s making these drinks. They are not if the true Starbucks exact customer requests and they are just mixing whatever in a cup to keep the lines moving. Unbelievable! Might be time to go back to Dunkin Donuts and give them the business. They never get it wrong. And it’s half the price . I’m very disappointed and disgusted by the Treatment, service , and quality of this Starbucks and the one on 5801 Amboy and Seguine Ave. Starbucks is dropping the ball and customer satisfaction will continue to drop until the stores get shut down, unless something is done and Cusotmer are compensated for their loss and time . Aughhh 3 days consecutively days now with out my ice coffee, since I need to dump the poorly made expensive cups of coffee. Tomorrow I’ll go to DunkinDonuts for coffee. It’s right around block too. Everyone should try going back to DD too. Save your Money and help DD regain its worthy market share. Good by SB rudeness, poor quality and disappointing service. Lastly, Starbucks is run on a very tight budget and noticed that all stores are now lacking compensation card to try and even makeup or all challenges and valuable time lost and frustration, and the self service condiments stations they used to offer , where you could add your own milks, sweeteners , and spice powders (vanilla, sweet nutmeg, cinnamon, coca)toppings. Keeps going downhill, get prices remain the same or have increased, for lessor everything....
Read moreI wish I could give this Starbucks zero stars. As a recurring customer who studies here often and orders coffee every day, I expected a welcoming environment, but my experience was appalling. I came in to study, fully intending to order coffee after settling in, only to be told within 10 minutes that I had to leave because I hadn’t ordered yet. Policies are one thing, but the way I was treated was unacceptable.
The owner’s attitude was shockingly rude, condescending, and dismissive. Despite being a loyal customer, I was made to feel like a burden and a criminal for simply taking a moment before placing my order. To make matters worse, the owner even accused me of lying about my intentions, despite the fact that I had no idea what he was talking about. Their tone was insulting and unprofessional, showing a complete lack of respect for customers.
To the owner, I ask:
Is this how you treat loyal customers who support your business daily?
Do you truly believe that kicking someone out within minutes is good customer service?
How do you justify speaking to customers in such a rude and disrespectful manner?
Have you considered how this kind of treatment affects your business and reputation?
If you enjoy being mistreated, by all means, visit this Starbucks. But if you value basic human decency and respect, take your business elsewhere. It’s a shame that a place I once visited daily has shown such disregard for its patrons. Absolutely disgraceful service, and I will not be returning.
EDIT: It’s clear from this lack of genuine empathy that the owner doesn’t actually care about the disrespectful experience I had. This generic response only reinforces the lack of accountability...
Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer at this location for over 6 years, and I have never felt so disrespected until today. I stepped outside briefly to take a phone call, leaving my belongings including my open laptop and other personal items on my table. When I returned, I was shocked to find that my laptop had been closed without my permission, and all of my things had been folded up and tossed into a corner of the store on the floor. Closing my laptop without warning could have caused unsaved work to be lost or even damaged the device. This was not only inconsiderate but also completely irresponsible, especially considering the value and sensitivity of the items involved. When I asked the barista what had happened, he immediately became rude and irritable. He started making accusations, insisting he had previously told me to move my things — but it became clear he had confused me with someone else. Instead of calmly discussing the situation, he raised his voice and took his frustration out on me. I have always respected the staff and manager, but this experience was unacceptable. I expect a much more professionalism and...
