The people that work there are kind. However, sandwiches are hit or miss for me. I ordered a pastrami salami sandwich with soup and I had never seen such a soggy sandwich in my life! It was messy and I truly believe they dunk their bread in water because it does not hold up well at all. I ordered minestrone soup which was just a cloudy broth like chowder with a few pieces of frozen peas, carrots and corn with celery. It tasted fine but I expected better. The sandwiches have generous meat fillings, but the toppings like lettuce and tomatoes are lacking. This was the case with their Italian sandwich, the tomatoes tasted old and the bread was unusually soggy. Maybe I am ordering the wrong food here, I don’t know, but it saddens me that a place with good front workers cuts corners like this because they know they’re one of the few establishments on the block offering lunch specials.

This is the last time I buy from here, service is good but I expect better quality food, at least dry/toasted...

Considering other stores in the area, it's one of the cheaper places to order from, and you get a healthy serving of food. I've ordered a handful of times from them, and enjoyed my food despite the less appealing appearances.

Details I love and food recommendations: you get free lemonade iced tea/soups with your order. You might have to ask for it depending on the cashier. They cut their sandwich through the wrapping, overstuffed sandwiches are not messy to eat. The staff is inviting and friendly Their fries are divine. Very crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, a good amount of seasoning to eat with ketchup.

The GPA sandwich is my favorite. BBQ panini's also pretty good. They toast it for you.

BE CAREFUL they do not give you napkins OR SPOONS in the bag. If you're getting a soup ASK FOR A SPOON/FORK. The napkins are right there at the register I just forget to grab them everytime and suffer for it. They do offer you...

If I can give them a zero, I would. I used to always order from here but never again. I got a salad with breaded chicken. The chicken chunks in the middle were raw (pink and gummy). Also gave me spoiled cucumbers. Claimed it was the salad dressing that made the cucumbers turn clear and sour. I went over to show them in oerson the disgusting raw chicken and rotten cucumbers. The manager claimed the cucumbers were fresh. Smh.

GRubhub gave me a refund and they offered to make a new salad but I don't trust them. I am not sure why the mamager hired inexperienced people in the kitchen who don't know how to cook. She also said she can't fire him because he is sick also that another cool usually handles the chicken.

Smh. It was a circus. They were defensive and instead of apologizing that they possibly gave me food poisoning and will cover medical bills, they washed their hands off. Eat here if you like raw chicken and...

Out of the five times I went there, three times they bumped the price up one or two dollars. I like the food and the price, but not when they charge you more than expected. The woman cashier is terrible. She doesn’t even know the price and tried to bump up two dollars and got angry at me instead. Also she charged two dollars for a 1.25 dollar coffee. The one dollar discount if you show the columbia ID card doesn’t work as well. One time they charged me one extra dollars for showing the ID card. It’s not a big deal so I didn’t say much, but it just not great when this KEEPS happening. They should definitely learn more math before opening the store.
