Let me start off by saying I don't really write reviews, but I had the time today.
I ordered here once for breakfast and enjoyed the food. The next time I placed an order over the phone for delivery after halfway ordering my food I was told to hold, which I did with no problem. I was then told by another staff member they were too busy and would call me back to follow up with my order after waiting almost 10 minutes. Usually businesses just tell you to hold and not tell you they'll call you and end the phone call. I never followed up with the order because I found this weird and was already displeased with my experience being passed around for a simple order that will take no more then 2 minutes.
On a separate occasion I decided to try this spot out again since it is close to me. I placed my order and was told to hold. The woman who was taking my order asked me "we're not going to have this happen again right?" in a very condescending tone. Me, confused asked her what is she talking about. She goes on to say that the last time I ordered they tried to deliver the food and nobody ever opened the door to get the food. The last time being the incident where I was halfway through ordering my phone and was told they would call me back to finish my order. Which never happened! I never finished ordering my food with them and was going to pay with card over the phone. I never received a call for the food to be delivered, no doorbell was rung. When I told her she began to argue with me and say well she saw the person come back and the food was just sitting there.
Whoever is the woman taking orders needs to attend a training on being professional and how to speak to CUSTOMERS to ensure you maintain them. Communication is key and is all about how you speak to others. Had this woman spoken to me with some respect and not a toddler I wouldn't be sitting here spending my time to write a damn review. Clearly the incident was all miscommunication, and a simple way to address the issue while treating a customer with respect would have been to say "Hey, thank you for ordering with us again. I see here in the system we tried to deliver an order to you in the past, however we weren't able to. I just want to make sure that you are aware of this incident so we can prevent it from happening again so you can enjoy your food this time!" BOOM! Nice way of telling the customer what happened while being respectful, acknowledging and thanking them for their return and ensuring it doesn't happen "again" while talking to them courteously and not a child.
Please get that woman some training before you continue to lose more customers over someone...

Bacon, egg and cheese made with care - thick and hearty and on a quality roll, not paper thin on a crumbly stale roll like everywhere else. Chicken Parm is top notch, great on a sandwich. I recommend trying the Double Mess egg sandwich in the morning and The Champ or Godfather cold cut sandwich for lunch .. you will love them. I will admit if they are busy, the egg sandwiches might be tossed together a little sloppier than usual but even thrown together sloppy it's still better than anywhere else you can go, and it's not even freaking close. I'll also admit they have steadily gotten much more expensive, almost too expensive. But the quality is worth the extra 4 or 5 bucks for a sandwich. I wouldn't go anywhere else if you...

Tried to order food at the front and I was told I order at the back, even though there was no other customer present, so why not stop eating and goofing around and take my order? The two male cooks were busy but the two women were doing absolutely nothing but fooling around eating and would not take my order. First time here and I just left very hungry and with all my money in my pocket after this completely unnecessary lack of professionalism and lack of customer service.
