We had such an amazing experience at this restaurant, that I had to leave a review! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, sweet, and incredibly accommodating. they made us feel right at home.

The food? Phenomenal! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The chicken mole was rich and savory, the grilled pescado was fresh and seasoned just right, and the guacamole with chips was the perfect balance of creamy and zesty. We also couldn’t get enough of their fresh salsa and chips — everything tasted authentic and made with love.

The mint lemonade was so refreshing, a perfect drink to cool off with. And to top it all off, they went out of their way to help us celebrate my son’s 4th birthday. They surprised us with a sample of their birthday celebration dessert — a delicious churro paired with French vanilla bean ice cream that absolutely melted in our mouths. I work in the neighborhood and wanted something tasty and filling to eat. I saw Sullivan Taqueria's sign- "Live Free, Eat Tacos" and decided to stop in. They have a variety of taco choices. The first time, I got the steak taco and the barbacoa taco with pickled red onions and pico de gallo. The second time, I got the steak taco and the cod with the same additional ingredients as the first day.

Absolutely delicious! The meat was well marinaded and seasoned. There were no fat, chewy parts. The tortilla was so FRESH! you can taste the difference.

There is a nice seating area out front. Quite a nice ambiance. I highly recommend Sullivan Taqueria if you want tasty, authentic tacos for a good price.

UPDATE: I have been here twice in November 2021 and I am not sure what is going on but the steak meat has been very salty. Uncomfortably so. I knocked off one star due to that. It it improves, I will update and edit the review. Hopefully, this will get better-- quality assurance is vital for business...

Sullivan Taqueria is an absolute gem! The food is incredibly authentic and full of flavor — the enchiladas were especially amazing and tasted just like something you'd get in Mexico. You can really tell everything is made with care and tradition. The specials are also fantastic and definitely worth trying. On top of the delicious food, the prices are super affordable for Soho, which makes the whole experience even better. The staff are all so friendly and helpful — they’re happy to answer any questions and make you feel right at home. Marcelo was especially kind and welcoming, and the owner, Benoy, is very accommodating and clearly cares about his customers. If you’re looking for tasty, authentic Mexican food with great service, Sullivan Taqueria is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back...
