So my wife order steam Chicken with vegetable. My wife wound up getting just vegetable. When My wife called back to tell the woman what we recieved she became nasty toward my wife and she said she would sent the chicken and vegetable which all we needed was the chicken.The woman hung up the phone before my wife could ask how much . I proceeded down to the restaurant after our encounter when we walk in we heard the same woman yelling at the delivery man . I recorded my encounter with this woman who claimed to be the owner and recieved the same nasty attitude . She claimed she gave us the correct meal but we had gotten so angry we sent the meal back. Ive been buying food here for over 15 years. Today was the first time I experienced rude customer service. I went to pick up food and was looking to buy a can of soda for my meal.

They had multiple sodas in the fridge. I was asked coke or diet coke. I requested a soda that was in their fridge and then got a rude response. "No...I told you coke or diet coke!!" My question to this establishment is what are all those other sodas that are not coke or diet coke in the fridge for?

Called and ordered all week from this business no problem. Same order all week. I thought this place would become a usual lunch spot. I called on Sunday to order around lunch and the lady was beyond Rude. She kept asking me to repeat my phone number 10 times. I simply asked her to adjust her phone as SHE is the one who couldn't hear me. She started screaming at me because I had to keep repeating myself. If the cooks are behind you move your phone or to a different area, ITS NOT MY PROBLEM.

What people who live in the area say are 100 percent true. This place is such trash. Service is the worst, the only reason they are still running is for convince since they are the only one...
