Taco Bell — Restaurant in New York

I’m not even trying to be funny but this location gives me weird vibes. It’s 1 PM in the afternoon and I walked in to order on the kiosk. And a random child approached me after 2 minutes of me ordering and trying to log into my Taco Bell app saying the store is closed. I asked “why is the door open then?” He says “the manager just walked in and said we’re closed” I asked more questions but he was adamant about not wanting to answer them. It looked like he himself hated working there. I’m not even mad, I’m more disappointed and feeling pity for this place. If I didn’t know any better, I’d assume there’s some weird shady things going on at this location. But after reading the other reviews, I’m going to just chalk it up as they failed their food safety inspection and cannot take customers or sell food anymore (even though they don’t lock their doors, I guess they need to give the employees...

I am so upset because I ate here 2 days ago and have been with an upset stomach and frequent bowel movements for the pass 2 days. Which means I develop food poisoning. I am not allergic to any ingredients that the tacos contains so I am only left to point the finger at this establishment it’s very easy for me to pin point it because it was actually the only thing I consumed thee entire day. Never again will I eat from Taco Bell or any of its establishments after this experience and I’m warning others be mindful of this location. Terrible staff especially the heavy set Spanish girl. No one at the counter for at least 5 mins. Then she gets off her phone and come to the counter with an attitude recommending I use the kiosk. If know you not saying I should do part of your job bc you're lazy.....smh. Of course I had to watch her make my food with an attitude. Never coming back here bc of her. I spent $37 that trip BTW. Theres a taco truck under the train station at Simpson with better and official tacos. They've been getting my money before you guys moved in and thanks to her I'm switching back....
