Taqueria Mr Pancho — Restaurant in New York

This business is a food truck located on Westchester Avenue under the uptown 2 and 5 train station at Simpson Street. I’ve passed this location several times and the food always smell memorizing. There is also usually a lot of people ordering or waiting to receive their food which was a good sign the food was probably good. I finally decided to stop to get some food. I ordered chicken tacos and a chicken quesadilla. I wasn’t a fan of the chicken tacos, I think it maybe because of the cheese that was on the tacos. I removed the cheese and the tacos still wasn’t too great. I then tried the chicken quesadilla which was surprisingly delicious. If I could give them zero stars I would the food used to be genuinely good but ever since they got these new people working it has been terrible. For starters they take long even if you place an order ahead of time. I had ordered nachos and it was absolutely unacceptable, I never complain or review about any of these stuff but I had ordered nachos de carnitas and it was pure grease and pork fat. When I had asked to get my money back, I saw one of the workers there whispering something to the other worker. Best Mexican food in the area - fast delivery - great service - consistent quality, cant ask for a better Mexican food truck! Truly feel blessed having them nearby!

Update - Been eating here now for a few years and still consistently good, cant say enough good...
