Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in New York

I was at this location yesterday to get a pepperoni pie it was almost $10 dollars and all the pepperoni on my pie were old and Crusty hard the people who work there at the least the counter girl she was cool and very nice but man they're prices are really high I remember when I started going there the prices for a cheese pie was $5.44 and that was between 2004 & 2005 since COVID everything has gone up everywhere the prices on every single item you want food or otherwise I'm not ordering pepperoni from any little Caesars anymore just a cheese pie and I want it freshly done not a waiting sitting pie sitting around till you want it I'll wait for that fresh pie no matter how long it takes anyone checking out my review here i advise you do the same don't order anything from lil Caesars unless it's freshly baked don't do what I did the pie was already done and sitting there I took it but no more ill wait for that pie to be freshly baked and let them know you want it fresh and you will wait for it that way won't get stuck with a hard old crusty pizza pie like me I looked at it when i got home i should have checked it right there before i left i advise that too check your food before you leave make sure its fresh I'm going to do the same thing from now on even if it's fresh like they say I'm going to double check it before I leave also they get really crowded really fast because all they're stores are small the one I was in yesterday as soon as I got there more people started coming in it was like 12 people waiting and getting stuff there it looked like grand central station they need to make they're stores much bigger for like 20 or 25 people all the lil Caesars I've been too were too small and very overcrowded with people it's too much just to get or wait for a pizza or whatever you want there lil Caesars need to make better changes for the public and stop getting these lil midget store locations they need to upgrade seriously upgrade for the modern times ol...

The food is always done well, but it's the experience that comes with visiting this location that makes this terrible. The staff has no enthusiasm tondo what they do. They don't confirm orders are being made, they don't put energy into clearing their store and they take forever (20 to 30 minutes) to give you your order if it requires any preparation. There's nowhere to sit while waiting, and the store had a terrible architecture. Whoever designed this store needs to quit life. You need a new floor plan to accommodate the traffic that comes through this location. The electronic payment system is ancient. What is this 2001? Why does the cashier need to go to a separate computer just to process a debit payment? And why does your operating system take almost 2 minutes to process cash payments? Why put your employees through this, and your customers? It's no wonder they hate working there so much. Finally, get rid of the homeless people trying to make money off of people by opening the door for them it's very unappealing and disgusting. I never leave reviews but I figure since their establishment is closed and I couldn’t speak to anyone, I’ll go ahead and leave a review. So, I make an order through DoorDash, I ordered a large two toping 🍕stuffed crust pie, which I was really really hoping for ...🙏 I also ordered cheesy bread, little twix brownie's, and a 2 Liter Pepsi; my total including tax, DD fee + Dasher tip came out to a little under $50 ($47+change) This man calls me to let me know he is here and when I go downstairs he was at my neighbors door, and it's dark so when he sees me he doubles back and I swear as soon as he comes into view I already knew my food was messed up. He hands me a small box and a plastic bag holdings 1liter of Pepsi, napkins, and some Limited addition Little Caesars brand Twix brownie so he showed up with a 1 L Pepsi cheesy bread and th Twix brownies.
