The staff were chatting & giggling among themselves that they didn't notice when we walked in & called out to them to even be able to tend to us. Instead they tended to other customers that walked in after us, when they finally noticed it wasn't until I spoke to them in spanish yet they didn't even get our order right. We wanted small beans($2) they gave us a medium($4) charged my card before we noticed it was the wrong size. When we asked about the charge they then turned around to say that one of the ladies showed us & we agreed to that size, without them telling us the price we assumed it was the $2 beans they told us they sold. They swindled us into paying for the bigger beans when leading us to believe it was the small size we agreed upon. The chicharron de pollo (fried chicken chunks) & beans weren't even warm let alone hot when we got home, ended up having to reheat it, this place is not that far from where we live so it didn't get cold from being outside. We rarely ever go to this place for this reason they are unprofessional, unpleasant, & can be rude for no reason. The food is not that great, mediocre at best. I don't & won't recommend this place to anyone.
