Staten Island Mall food court
I ordered two orders of street chalupas and was given it without onions, greasy and overcooked. I asked for a refund because they said they didn’t have onions available which should have been told to me before ordering. A manager (Mina) came to speak to me and dismissed me once I said refund and took another employee off the line to come to me. She didn’t tell him why and he was confused as to why he was even called over. She walked away to Piattino (pizza place next door) and did not come back. I will not be returning to...

Just a bit of professional advice: when a customer tells you what they ordered, listen. Mistakes happen — it’s how you fix them that matters.
I won’t be spending my...
