Tacos El Jarocho is my new number 1 Taco spot in Sunset ! They beat Tacos el Bronco with customer service and even though they are outside only, the food is served hotter and fresher! It’s a husband and wife operation and they are the most kind people ever, and they cook and serve ever customer with LOVE! I recommend them 100%! No hablo espanol pero these tacos make me wanna! My girlfriend is half mexican and she has taken me to the best taco place in california. The thing is we tried finding this truck last time we were here together but it drove away im so glad I went back to try again. These are on par. I got one steak taco for $3 it tasted beautiful and they were super friendly. The steak was browned well and they tortilllas were not too dry not too moist and not too oily, and the salsa was great. Best tacos I've had in NYC. Super friendly staff, always brightens my day to stop by for some tacos al pastor. They make the tortillas fresh in the food truck. Trying to work my way through the menu but it's challenging when the tacos are just so good! So far I can vouch that the chips, guacamole, chicharones, and fajitas are all equally excellent. (Guac has a lot of onions, in case that's not your thing.) The fresh juices are delicious - so far I've had the cantaloupe, hibiscus, watermelon, and papaya flavors. (They offer two kinds of fresh juice every day.)
