I recently dined at Taste Korea 232 and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with traditional Korean decorations adorning the walls. The service was prompt and friendly, and the staff made me feel welcome right away. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious. I ordered the hot stone bibimbap, which was served in a hot stone bowl and filled with perfectly cooked vegetables and meat, topped with a perfectly fried egg. The flavors were vibrant and well-balanced, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the presentation. In addition to the bibimbap, I also tried the kimchi pancake, which was crispy and savory with just the right amount of spice. The portion sizes were generous, and I left feeling satisfied but not overly full. Overall, I would highly recommend Taste Korea 232 to anyone looking for authentic and delicious Korean cuisine in a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The food is outstanding, the service is top-notch, and the overall experience was simply fantastic. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes!😊

Way better than expected. I'm a NY native and I've tried a lot of Korean food before. I have Cho Dang Gol almost once a month. I've tried Jungsik, Kisa, Tosokchon, Miss Korea, Kunjip, Olle, Her Name is Han etc... I went to Korea 3 times this year, for a total of 3 months in Seoul, Daegu, Busan, Jeju, Gyeongju, so at this point I feel like I can say you can trust my opinion on Korean cuisine at least a little bit. And what I think is, honestly, this may be the best Korean food in Brooklyn, and second best in the whole city only beaten by Chodanggol, which is saying a lot. The food tastes nice and clean, showing that the cooking was done with care and good technique. The flavors actually reminded me of the same dishes from popular local restaurants in Seoul. I would recommend the - Hot Stone Bibimbap (Bulgogi) - Sundubu Stew (Pork) I also think eating in would be far better than takeout just so your food can be eaten at the ideal temperature and texture. Definitely should give it a try!

I want to first say that I am not Korean, nor am I an expert on Korean cuisine but the food here needs some love. The dishes are not as flavorful as the dishes from other Korean restaurants in the area such as Silver Factory and Woori Korean. A few months ago I ordered fried chicken, mandu and sundubu. The mandu did not taste homemade, it was comparable to bibigo frozen dumplings from Costco, the chicken was oily and the soup was watered down. Despite this I decided to give the restaurant another chance mainly because of the high reviews on Google. Unfortunately I was disappointed again!! This time I ordered samgyetang and it was flavorless! I wish I was exaggerating. I had to add chili oil, salt, pepper and soy sauce to bring the dish to life. I’m really disappointed with the food but happy that this restaurant was not my introduction to Korean food!! I’m actually surprised the reviews are so high.

Last week, after a long and tiring day, a group of four of us were looking for a good Korean restaurant and luckily, we found Taste Korea 232! At first, we were a little confused about what to order because we weren’t familiar with many dishes, but our server was incredibly helpful. He patiently explained the menu to us in detail, making it much easier to choose. With his guidance, we ordered a variety of dishes: Hot Stone Bibimbap, Kalbi BBQ, Budae Stew, Soondubu, Jeeyok Bokkeum, and Kimchi Fried Rice. We also ordered some cocktails and drinks, which were very decorative, creative, and absolutely impressive. The taste of everything was simply 10/10 so flavorful and satisfying! We even asked for the server’s name, he spelled it as Ku (we’re not 100% sure). His personality was amazing: he was smiling the entire time, even though he was handling many other tables. His outfit was vibrant and he carried himself very professionally while staying friendly and approachable. The cocktails truly stood out and are honestly some of the best we’ve had. We ended our day on such a happy and positive note, thanks to this wonderful experience. We’re definitely excited to come...

We took my korean mother in law and my aunt (who live in korea) here while we were taking them out and about to see the sights and my aunt was craving food from home; We saw the reviews and thought this would be a good spot. My father in law wanted some jjajangmeyon so him and I got bowls of that, it was so sweet and not the right noodles. My mother in law and aunt had the seafood soup (i cant remember the name off the top of my head but the noodles were soggy, the broth tasted fine but the noodles just squished... when they brought this up to the cook, she brought out more side dishes to compensate (tea eggs that were rubbery and marinated chickpeas) but it all tasted the same; The same base was used for the chickpeas, the tea eggs, the jjajangmeyon AND my daughter's japchae! And the whole time the cook was trying to get us to go to her OTHER restaurant saying it's better! Does this place just use their leftovers?? I feel like this place is catering to the American palette who don't know any better.

But the...
