I went today for a pedicure and manicure, I have been before for pedicures and they are really good! The manicure today was unfortunately no good, weird lumps of gel product, uneven form on the nails and the French circles are all uneven. They are all so lovely here so I feel bad, but unfortunately I work in a job that requires nails done, I will now have to go somewhere else to get them redone and pay double. I did mention to them it wasn’t well done, I’m very surprised they charged me full price and even 15$ extra for the french! The French is so uneven I really can’t believe they charge extra for the service. I will go back only for pedicures and because all the girls are so nice. They just need more training with nails and they really should give my money back for the manicure. Edit: I was not given anything back for this bad experience, I will not be back, not even...

I thought this place is owned by the same owner as the one on 1043 Bedford Ave but it probably isn't.

When I first got to the store, the lady confirmed that there is a discount for cash payment. However, when I paid at the end, she said the discount is no tax. This is different from the one on Bedford, which is 10% discount with cash payment. Also, the lady said there is a $5 fee for join the membership. It's odd the policies are do different if both locations have the same owner. I am definitely going back to the one on Bedford in the future.

Took my mom there for her birthday for a mani and pedi with a foot massage and chair massage! She was treated like the queen she is! I also received a chair massage. I didn’t want to leave the chair!
