I went there to get a mangú...the mangú tasted like he threw a bottle of vinegar on it, eww I couldn't eat it...then I asked for a piece of cake and I said I wanted dulce de leche but he gave me a tres leches then when I went back to change it he was with attitude kinda arguing with me... that I didn't say dulce the leche when I said it, at the beginning everything was perfect but then after I went with my male friend he started being funny, one day I asked for an empanada and he tried to give me 2 when I only asked for one then he said he had 2 in the pot cooking which I only asked for one so not my fault...he gotta be Profesional or the business is gonna go down. I've ordered food over a dozen times and had it delivered to me, and I've only ever sat and ate int he store once. It has a nice atmosphere, the staff is very nice. When I order food, Ive had a mix of different interactions, Ive had times when the food has come so fast I wasn't ready (when it came fast, it was amazing still) Then I've had an experiences where it took a long time for the food to come and it was so frustrating because it seemed like the people in the store weren't working enough to see what was going on with the delivery guy. However that was a couple times which compared to all the times ordered and received good service, makes the couple of incidents moot. They have amazing breakfast, I appreciate how they make bacon without stripping it off...
