If I could give zero stars I would. I paid for the 5 dollar spicy chicken sandwich without the coleslaw. Before they even made it I asked if it could be removed. (I had mistakenly said lettuce, but then reclarified that I didn't want the coleslaw that was on the sandwich.) After it was made, I had told them the order was incorrect, as they still had the coleslaw. They said they would remake it, only for them to put the coleslaw back on again...I don't know if there was a language barrier between us, but I had repeatedly tried to explain to the two men that was working there (the one that made the sandwich and the one who was working the kiosk, and they both seemed confused.) If there was a language barrier, fine, I don't mind that. But what I DO mind is both of the employees trying to mansplain how I ordered. After arguing with me and being disrespectful for nearly three minutes, after I had calmly tried to explain it was wrong and them staying gunho that I was incorrect, I tried to get a refund, which they at first refused to give. Finally after saying I would be fine with a cash refund, they gave me the change. I was a long-tome customer before this, but after that experience, I will never go back. Rude and unprofessional. Horrible. I was craving chicken and this is my 1st time stepping in to eat here. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich combo. So at this moment I'm really excited because I see Melted cheese on my grill chicken sandwich. When I took a bite I noticed that my stomach started reacting a certain way it was pepper Jack cheese and mayo. I Then when back to the register after ordering mazzarella sticks and told him his name started with With (Far) something. He then raised his voice and told me it's not his job to tell me what's in the sandwich and point it at the picture. The picture didn't describe at all what cheese or kind it is besides the Obvious lettuce and tomato in the picture. We argued for a few minutes and I told him that was wrong for him to tell me that because I've worked with food all my life. I have been a regular customer for over a year and I used to love the chicken tenders, but recently they changed their recipe and cut of meat. The tenders used to be huge with good quality meat and good flavor, but now the tenders are substantially smaller and the meat is stringy which is not an enjoyable texture for chicken. They have done an overhaul on their menu and you can taste that they are sacrificing quality for profit gain. Their new food products taste extremely cheap but they increased the prices. Also the day shift can be extremely rude and arrogant. Increasing prices and sacrificing quality is not the way to retain loyal customers.
