Tex's Chicken & Burgers — Restaurant in New York

Bought a burger meal combo, with out tomato. Asked Eric for a honey mustard dipping sauce, he declined to give me one. So I purchased 2 two sauces and asked why should I buy it if I already made a purchase of a hamburger meal. Eric said "that's why you did not by tenders or nuggets you got a hamburger". My question was what does that matter? He began stating it's a rule, people looking at him etc.... Mind you my partner purchased a 3 piece tender meal and did not get a dipping sauce she got extra ketchup???... We leave the establishment and guess what my order is not what I ordered, it was nuggets and fries..... I ordered a burger meal LOL all that for some dipping sauce and he did not get my order right. Thank ala I "bought the sauce" ;) I would not be going back and my coworkers have been informed. Just lost a lot of customers....

This is a very nice and neat restaurant…..sells cheese burgers, fries, hamburgers, fried chicken, soda and so on, at affordable prices. I ordered 2 cheese burger-combos for approximately $19. It includes cheese burger, fries and soda. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is friendly. This is a very nice setting for families to come in and sit in for lunch and even dinner. It also has a nice view, where you can look out and watch events in the neighborhood. It is situated in the Crotona/ 180 area of the Bronx. The downside is that we did have to wait for more than ten minutes before our order was ready. All-in-all, I recommend this restaurant for the entire family… you should go...

Went to this place 2 times since they were a Kennedys and both times were disappointing. The fries were under seasoned and had that freezer burnt taste. The chicken is kinda weird because the meat itself is dry but the skin isn’t really on the chicken and tastes burnt even though it wasn’t so I’m guessing it was old oil reused because you don’t get that taste with fresh oil. It was very underwhelming, workers don’t even want to be there. It’s just not a place to enjoy it’s a place...
