Friday 25, 2019 as at 11:00 AM. the worst of the experiences, I went with my mom and my son and the MANAGER was accusing my son of taking away the price tickets of the clothes, I asked her (Manager) if my two-year-old son could use the bathroom fast, she said only id he goes by himself, then started talking and screaming that they have no respect and that a child took the ticket from a skirt, I said look the only child here is mine (because of the time) and he being next to me all this time. Now if the problem is a ticket just go and print another one and put it on the damn skirt and leave the DRAMA, she began to shout and say all the bad words and lies that are in the world. I told her that, that was not good customer service, and How in the world she is the MANAGER and have no respect for others and the customer. She kept screaming like she was crazy, I just left cuz I was not going keep arguing with a crazy person like that. Will never go there. I mean I like the store but bad customer service specially from the MEAN MANAGER. Just tell one of the girls that work there, hey can you check the price for that skirt and put a price tag, but no she was screaming like crazy and the poor girl was like okay, like why are you screaming or acting like that. It is just a price tag. I have never in my live encounter myself with such a mean and horrible person like that MANAGER at RAINBOW STORE IN TREMONT...

I love rainbow for a quick pick up but I visited this location today 5/29/25 for the first time and the staff felt unfriendly and judgmental. no one greeted me when I came in which should’ve been my first sign to leave but I stayed and I felt as though I was being watched and given dirty looks. I had an accessory in my hand when I went to the front and asked what is downstairs? The cashier was quick to say I can’t take the accessory I was holding downstairs and that she could hold it? I’ve never been told this at any location and clearly the idea was that I was going to steal from them. Mind you the accessory has a sensor on it and all and I had every intention to pay for it. As a loyal customer this made me really upset and uncomfortable so I left without buying...

Today I went to initially get pajamas, and they are cute, soft to the touch. But also, they had simple shirts, which fit me so good! I got black and white long sleeves.

You should probably downsize if you’re someone who’s a bit unsure if it’ll fit ‘skin tight’ on you (I am that person). Of course this doesn’t count for everyone but only if it visibly looks bigger than your normal wear!!

The only issue really is how crowded the clothes racks are. You can get your way through but it’s uncomfortable and it makes my time there unpleasant.

Nonetheless the man in the front is helpful. There’s a lot of clothes and different styles. And you might find something in there even if you don’t...
