Flavor fusion — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I ordered here a few weeks back. Theres a Hispanic guy making the naans , an Indian man making the curries etc. It looked like Indian guy making the food was also the cashier . He came out with speaking very little English from the back kitchen with his clothes all dirty and went to cash me out. One of my items ordered was not included so he said it’ll only take him 5 min to make. I said ok fine. I came home which is 20 min away and found that the garlic naan I ordered was replaced as regular naan which I paid extra for. The restaurant was not busy at all so there’s no excuse but even so , I spend over $60 and was not happy. I called the restaurant and the owner was very apologetic and nice but I didn’t want to hear it at this point. The food didn’t really have much taste . Last night i.e. on October 29, 2024 I ordered food from this place through Uber eat. Onion Kulcha missing, Butter Naan look like a ready made kind of bread without butter, Chana Masala was not properly cooked and quite hard to eat and Navratan Korma tasteless. I ordered food after saw the rating 4.8 of this restaurant. I called up for missing Onion Kulcha, I was told that the Uber guy picked up the order and left, didn't wait even told to wait for one more item. I was also told that Onion Kulcha is ready, please come and pick it up. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Why didn't you send it to me?

Why didn't you complete the order before placing it to pick it up by Uber guy?

Literally waste of money, evening spoiled, dinner spoiled and mood...
