My family and I were visiting the City. We went in to grab 2 slices and a bruschetta to-go. I paid for it. My wife went to use the restroom. I went and waited outside for a little bit to play with my baby daughter until the food was being cooked. My wife came back from the restroom and got the bruschetta we ordered for her and the guy with the mustache behind the counter said I already got my two slices. So, my wife came out and asked me if I got my 2 cheese slices. I said no and went to investigate inside. From the second I entered, the mustache guy aggressively in front of customers and his co-workers said I got the 2 slices and that it was given to me already (when it obviously was not). I nicely told the guy that he made a mistake, but he would not budge. I said no problem, and asked him to check his surveillance camera… he didn’t want to do that. He didn’t even check with his co-workers. Instead he just wanted to stick to his story that I already got the slices. After all of this commotion, he turns around and looks for any slices laying around and saw a box (which was my original slices) on top of the oven. Then, he proceeds to give it to me… but, then decides that I told one of his co-workers to hold it off on the side. Huh? While I was walking out the door, I shook my head and told him he made a mistake, he still kept talking in front of everyone. He didn’t realize, but he made a fool of himself and his staff in front of everyone for those brief minutes. I don’t write reviews cause I don’t have time for it, but had to write this one cause I know the mustache guy will be reading this.
Note to mustache guy: Get a grip of yourself, learn to be respectful, control your emotions, and be a man by acknowledging that you were wrong & apologize when needed. You embarrassed yourself with your child-like behavior. If you don’t advance your life beyond a pizza man, hopefully you do as a human being. What goes around… comes around, my friend.

Read moreVery disappointed where uncle Paul's has gone. Pre covid I enjoyed many a slice from them but in the past year or two the quality of food has declined as has the service. I did a catering order from them and the food was blah and they couldn't even offer all the items on the catering menu. The service was awful, talking to the staff was like taking to a brick wall. Still I tried to give them another chance recently and ordered online through seamless to take advantage of a deal. They accepted my order 20 min after it was placed and then canceled it an hour later. Talking to Deon he flat out lied and told me they didn't accept the order which makes zero sense because how is a business going to survive if they don't accept orders. They should fire Deon or give him more training because not every customer is an idiot and we can see through the lies and laziness. I have a feeling my order wasn't big enough for them (3 slices and a strimbolloe so not a tiny order) and they just wanted to be lazy. It's shameful because it used to be a reliable place to get a slice, now it's a place to get substandard food and be...
Read moreI’ve given this place three chances and I’m not ordering from here ever again. The pizza is fine, but the service is generally inhospitable and my experiences have been so poor
the first time I ordered online, they just completely forgot my order. The order printed from the printer and fell straight on the floor. I had to wait 40 minutes for them to bring me the food I ordered 24 hours in advance specifically because I needed it at that time.
the second time, we ordered a separate gluten-free personal pizza for a co-worker with Celiac. it was absolutely not gluten-free, and she ended up having a horrible reaction.
today, the third time, one of the three pizzas we ordered was not cut into slices! I have literally never had this happen at any other pizza place before. we had no way to cut the pizza at the meeting we brought it to - it was such a disappointment.
I don’t know how a place can make mistakes like this so consistently - maybe we’re just that unlucky, but our company will not be giving them...
