I work close by and came across this place after looking for something new/different to eat. Perfect lunch spot, especially if you're in the area. Just be prepared to take your food to go just in case because seating may be difficult to find, especially if you're in a group. This place is more of an upscale food court, you won't find typical fast food shops here. The food ranges from Mexican food to Korean food to American (burger joints) to German food. If you have the time, I'd say walk around and see what you're in the mood for or if you want to try something new, shop around. I've gone three time so far and got tacos once (they were OKAY... gentrified tacos lol) Another time i got a burger, it was pretty good and the last time I went to this chicken nugget place that was really good. The place is a little pricey overall so I'd say bring your water bottle or get a drink outside before coming in if you plan on sitting. Definitely returning as its great for lunch and they have a lot of...

Lapin and I passed by UrbanSpace on our way to see Matilda and since we never been, we decided to putter in. We have eaten Red Hook’s lobster rolls before but it’s mostly at shared spaces like UrbanSpace or those little vendor stands they sometimes have near Madison Square Park or 34th Street area. The lines for the Red Hook wasn’t long but it was a bit unorganized. They took your order apparently on one side which you then pay and you receive a ticket when it’s your order is ready. However, I rarely saw anyone utilizing the ordering and pick up arrangement. Most people went up placed an order at the takeout counter and sat down or linger waiting to be called. The food came out after 15 minutes of waiting but they made a mistake. They gave us someone else’s food and someone had our food. The lobster roll done CT style ($17) and it was okay. It wasn’t particularly noteworthy and looked a bit smaller portion wise...

This place stole my heart at first sight! Located just steps away from the majestic Grand Central Station, it beckons with its cozy atmosphere, perfect for meetings with friends or warm family gatherings. You can spend quality time here, enjoying a cold beer 'to go', especially considering their generous pitchers at incredibly attractive prices - starting from $19. And for sports enthusiasts, there's the chance to dive into the thrilling broadcast of a match. But most importantly, of course, is the view! Before you, like on a palm, unfolds the majestic Manhattan, with its soaring skyscrapers creating a unique urban landscape. Undoubtedly, this is one of the best places for a budget tourist in New York! The cuisine amazes with a variety of dishes, but my heart is forever devoted to this corner of Manhattan. I wholeheartedly...

City Bakery’s famous hot chocolate from Maury Rubin is BACK for a limited time only, with a new name and location! Its called “The Color of Chocolate” and is located in Urbanspace Vanderbilt in Midtown by Grand Central Station! They have multiple flavors, and naturally, I had to try all three that were available on opening day: the Milk + Vanilla Bean, the Dark Hot Chocolate, and the cup of the day which was a White + Vanilla Bean. Each was exquisite. I ordered a 4oz cup of each and recommend you do the same so that you can try each. The pop-up will be there through at least the end of the year, so check it out while you can! I’ll be ranking many more hot chocolates in the weeks to come, so follow along for more and share any recs in the comments below! #thecolorofchocolate #citybakery #hotchocolate #popup #newyorkcity #hotcocoa #whitechocolate #darkchocolate #eater #thrillist #dessert #thecarboholic #holidays #nycbucketlist #nybucketlist #foodnetwork #nycfood #holidays #midtown #grandcentral #nyctodo #explorenyc
