As a true Latino new yorker from the 80’s & 90’s growing up in Astoria queens in a original pizzeria ambiance neighborhood I think I can honestly say I know a good original classic pizza when I see one. While driving around with my wife in bayside I saw Vinny’s pizzeria and decided to try a single slice since i didn’t know if I would like it. BUT !!! then I saw pepperoni slices and when I saw the size of the pepperonis it reminded me of an old pizzeria back in the 80’s&90’s. So I decided to buy 2 slices one regular and one pepperoni 🍕. Boy was i surprised! This pizza taste transported me back to my young years. So we decided to drive back to get 2 more slices and found out it was a family business.
