I have been going there since it opened , used to be really sweet people preparing the drinks , recently I had gone and they had a newer girl working there , she was very rude to us , we walked in and no greeting just asked what we wanted then proceeded to toss drinks on the counter without stating if it was ours , we were waiting as she specified drinks for others and even greeted warmly two customers that came in after us , very warmly and with smiles. I had to ask which was our drinks I pointed she nodded and we grabbed and walked out . We did nothing to deserve this treatment . My daughter was dressed up because she is into cosplay type style and had a pink wig on and it seemed to bother her...... so I thanked them and walked out and now I will never recommend this place nor will we spend our money there any longer. It's also hard not to make it a race thing when we are brown and the people who got smiles and sweetness...

I got the Japanese Matcha Milk tea with tapioca and my wife got the Taro slush, she basic. Both were very lit tho. Tapioca boba was perfectly made, not too chewy. The place is really nice and clean, didn't get to see the outside area. Wish they had some type of punch/loyalty card because I know I'm gonna be here again and again.
