I’ve been here like 4-5 times already and every other time I’ve never had this problem and this prolly going on my sixth time and I was completely disappointed this time came with my mother in law cause I wanted her to try this place out for a while long story short we came ordered our food . I ordered a supreme burger and they gave me a cowboy burger not only that I don’t eat bacon let alone any type of pork anymore so I was already disgusted to find bacon on a burger I didn’t ask for and I asked for jalapeños and pickles that’s they already charged me extra for but never got and on top of that the fries were soggy like they weren’t even fried correctly 2 we ordered a vanilla milkshake for a 9$ milkshake you’d think it’d be top tier the milk shake was EXTREMELY watered down like it only had a scoop of ice cream and milk was absolutely horrible . 3 my mother in law ordered wings and waffle fries paid in full and only recieved her wings we then. Called to let them know about the order and he told us he “thought” we said we didn’t want the fries why would we not want something we paid over 30$ for ?? Food was okay, but hard to justify coming again at a price point of over $20 for a standard fast food style burger and fries but with a much longer wait. When I went, the small restaurant was cramped with frustrated delivery drivers experiencing long wait times for orders. I ended up waiting for much longer than expected for a takeout order as well. As far as menu goes, vegan options listed were unavailable aside from the vegan burger which was not indicated anywhere.
