An unfortunate experience. We placed online order at 4:08pm on 3/10. Pick up said 4:25. Got there around 4:20 and figured we'd wait until it's ready. When we got there, employee was helping people in line (who most likely had not been waiting since 4:08pm), so we waited thinking ours was ready. Our app then said order is ready so we asked him. He turned around and pointed to a receipt and said, yeah, I got it. We realized he hadn't started it. We asked why not, he said because he has to take care of these (2 separate) customers first (one whose order he took while we were waiting). He then started complaining that he's the only one there. We asked him if we are also considered customers. He wouldn't answer. We asked for a refund bc we were pressed for time. The whole appeal of subway is adding toppings and when I pointed out that their veggies were rotten, soggy and no longer edible they said that this is how they keep the vegetables with a shoulder shrug as if it’s okay and a me problem. Just gross. It’s one thing for the veggies to go bad but to keep them there and attempt to serve them. EW. Definitely don’t order this on any delivery service because I could only IMAGINE what they put in those sandwiches when no one is looking if they were willing to serve rotten food right...
