I spent 0ver 20 minutes waiting for my turn on the drive through. After I finally placed my order, the cashier was not immediately available to take payment; I had to wait some minutes, then I repeated my order just to make sure there'll be no mistake. After I made payment, he didn't offer me a receipt . When I finaly got my items, it was short of 3 jr sandwiches and fries. I was told to wait for my lemonade drink and that took another 15 minutes; when I got it, it was filled with ice ( I had requested for 'no ice' in the drink ) when I rejected the drink and expressed my obvios dissapointment, the guy serving me started having attitude and showing annoyance; then I asked for the rest of my order and he told me that it was completed as he slamed the new cup of lemonade on the window sill. At this point I was frustrated and really hungry so I yelled at him to complete my order, surprisingly this guy yelled back at me instead of apologizing. When I asked them to get my receipt (since I was not offered one) thats when I realized they took the wrong order. I told them to fix it , it was their mistake, but this guy (named Marc) flared up and told me to get the f*! away from the window. I got so mad I started using the f words back at him and I called him dumb, he stepped forward, pressing against the window like he was about to jump out and he had to be restrained by other workers. So I asked for the manager on duty, "lo and behold", this guy (Marc) acting like he was going to punch me was the manager! I insisted I wouldn't leave until they complete my order and I was ready to pay for the difference, he insisted they were not serving me anymore, needless to say my kids in the back sit ended up without burger for dinner. It didn't end there and I could go on and on about my experience last night but, suffice to declare this was my most shocking, most aggravating and terrible experience by far in any restaurant ever in my life. Read more⚠️HEALTH CODE VIOLATION: A young customer from high school was asked by a young lady working at Wendy's to get ice for her. The cup of ice was passed from a nonworker to a worker. What will the FDA, health inspectors, and customer waiting in line at the drive through say to that?!⚠️
So besides the corporate decór of a Long Island map showing where we are that bewildered us, we actually enjoyed the aesthetics to this place. It may be one of the best interior designs we have noted out of all the Wendy's locations we have gone to!
To add to that, there was a nice young lady with light hazel eyes who was very patient with one senior citizen that was a bit cranky and another one who was more nice. We thanked the cashier for that. She just kept smiling despite dealing with us as a group.
So, the self serve stations were absolutely filthy; and, sadly, the young lady with the hazel eyes we are raving about asked a student she knew to get ice for a customer. That is a no-no and automatic health code violation. Also, the restrooms, front doors, and Kiosks were very dirty. This place encourages the spreading of bacteria . . . Nice young staff, though unwilling to keep the place clean. That is alarming!

Read moreWe placed an order directly from Wendy's for delivery. We didn't receive an item (not to mention the sauces) and I tried to call them to no avail. It just keeps on ringing. This is unreal because no matter who you get a delivery from these days they cannot get an order right ..how is that????? You pay for items and you don't get them! Sad that these places just don't care anymore.
Update..I tried calling the 888 no and guess what...it tells you to press a no and you can press and press and it doesn't respond .it just keeps repeating the recording so we tried texting it also as they said but nope that doesn't work either...they must be making money on not giving your item and you can't reach them to get a refund.. that's just outright stealing!
Another update..my son finally got the 888 no. to work and after holding for 1 hour and 2 minutes (I wasn't going to give up this time since this wasn't the first time they messed up) a gentleman came on and apologized and said they would refund our money. He also said it looks like this is an ongoing problem with them so if you pickup an order I suggest you check it before you drive away. I must say that the gentlemen was extremely nice...
