First I'm borrowing someone phone to make this review asap..The cashier name Mary very rude unprofessional has poor listening skills she does not even listen at all to the customer when ordering. She get annoyed when the customer repeatedly has to say the order and questions about the coupons that absurd. In order to avoid this madness I thought by requesting to speak to the male manager the right thing to do he would know how to speak and render the situation. The manager had no supervisory skills ghetto hostile and rude my not letting the customer finish speaking my concerns. I'm a regular customer for years and I was not treated as a customer human being. I'm making my concern because whn he flirting he gives his female employees points . I'm not here for points I'm here to buy your Wendy's food selections. The manager and the Mary the cashier s treat people like me of other origin nationality different. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ran in to use the bathroom being that I had an intestinal operation, and to my surprise I was approached by this want to be bathroom officer. This nasty grumpy old man told me to go ask the manager, and I did. The manager gave me permission to use the restroom bcz of my conditions, but the grumpy old fart refused to open the door for me. I was in distress and my stool was coming out!!! I told him that the manager said to open the door for me and he was taking his time to retrieve the key, so I told him to hurry up because I needed to use the bathroom immediately. He proceeded to look for the keys in slow motion, so I ran back to the manager because he kept on mumbling and purposely taking his time. He told me that he wasn't going to open the door, so I ran back to the manager. The manager had to buzz me in. He mm?seems like a crackhead and his professionalism is degrading to Wendy's.
