Didn’t even get a chance to try the food. Whoever is taking the order is one of the most rude people I have ever tried to order with! I asked for the chicken quesadilla, I told him everything on it will be fine. He proceeds to tell Me everything is on the side (pico de gallo, sour cream and all). So I’m a bit confused because I never got a chicken quesadilla from anywhere without it all being inside the tortilla. So I had told him “well that’s kinda odd but that’s fine” LITERALLY THATS WHAT I SAID. He then replies with “do you know what a Quesadilla is?” I looked shocked and confused because i already confirmed whatever comes on the side is fine at this point. So the condescending tone he had really threw me off. I replied “do you know what Quesadilla is?” I told him there’s a taco place down the block that serves a quesadilla with all The toppings inside of the tortilla. I didn’t even want it to become hostile, as I reminded him that however it’s prepared is fine once again. He then dismisses me and tells me to leave just for giving him the same energy he initiated! I wanted to try a place that was new to me because I like to Support all businesses. However, that cashier definitely ruined it for this establishment and I will Never spend a dollar...
Read moreThere wings are not terrific. I got the 10-piece lemon pepper and I think garlic parmesan wings. On a scale from 1 to 10 they were a 4. They also neglected to give me my celery that came with the wings. I called to inform them of the blunder and the owner told me "the people in this community don't like celery". I was taken a back. We had a dispute about how that is a racist comment, inappropriate to say to a customer and not true because I wanted mine. The wings aren't good and the owner doesn't respect the community he serves....The response below is not true. I was not asked about celery just blue cheese or ranch. Celery is listed as part of the meal. No one should have to ask for whats apart of the meal. And 9 out of 10 people in East Harlem don't like celery? Again that's prejudice, disrespectful...
Read moreI will not be returning to Terrific Wings. The customer service was shockingly rude — I asked a couple of simple questions about the menu, and the person taking my order actually said, "I don't have time for this, I have other things to do." Excuse me? If you're too busy to speak to paying customers with basic respect, maybe you're in the wrong business.
To make matters worse, the food was a total letdown. The wings arrived cold and completely lacking flavor — bland, soggy, and clearly thrown together with zero care. Nothing about this place lived up to the name "Terrific." I honestly regret spending a single dollar here.
Save yourself the frustration and go literally...
