Wendy's — Restaurant in New York

When we got our food and drinks we noticed they gave us no sauces we asked for and no utensils or straws for our frosties and drinks. Also they gave me something completely different then what I ordered but I was like it doesn’t really matter i’ll just eat it I know the workers are probably stressed and working hard and I don’t wanna be too much of a problem. But we did need the utensils and straws and I wanted to get my wife the sauce she wanted so she can actually enjoy her food cause who wants dry nuggets. So i went back and the lady was so rude and was like what’s your problem? Like pissed that something could even be wrong. And i was like well im sorry i dont wanna bother you could we just get some straws and sauce and she straight up is like no. I’m a little confused cause i was just talking to her like a minute before and i was super nice and it seemed like it wouldn’t be a problem since it’s literally her job haha. And i was like how are we supposed to eat and drink all this stuff? She legit said i can give you one straw . I actually started laughing i’m like you know we just got three drinks there are three of us in the car lol. So she gave me the three straws but still no utensils or sauce and she was being so rude and other people were waiting i just took the loss. I just hate when people are so rude for no reason like i just wanted to eat my food in peace and I was being so nice to her. Maybe she was having a bad day but definitely 0 customer service skills. Love wendy's. The food is always fresh,and the Wendy's staff are very well mannered and respectful and helpful. My only complaint is when I go to Wendy's they have a group of artistic people that come in with there caretakers,and let me tell you today there was a young black guy with braids talking to his autistic group like they was trash. One autistic man was not deciding if he wanted Wendy's or McDonald's and the caretaker kept grabbing on him telling him to hurry up and choose what he wants that he dont got all day for the nonsense.whoever is reading this comment now is that the way a caretaker or any caretaker for autistic people suppose to conduct themselves? If my brother or sister or cousin or son or daughter was autistic I would be scared to leave them in the care of these caretakers who verbally abuse them and talk down on them. Autistic people need caretakers with patience and that are easy going and sensible. But overall the Wendy's food at this location is very good,the staff is very professional, and the place is always clean. Please people if you see or hear any caretakers verbally abusing or physically abusing any autistic person please step in and say something or call 911. Autistic people cant help it they are the way they are but us people without autism,that don't need no one to take care of us need to speak up and help the autistic people who we see/and hear getting abused verbally...

Well, for starters: The establishment was littered all throughout the interior. Perhaps the staff at the time I went didn't have the time to clean up, however, they were free of orders for quite a while.

Additionally: When my partner and I placed our order into the kiosk, be rather quickly got our Food items. We also ordered two frosties. However, we did not receive them for over 5 minutes despite immediately getting our other food. When we went up to ask, it was very clear that they did not remember that we had placed that in our order. One of the staff went to go get the on-duty manager to verify, and once he verified, he got to work on one frosty. Just One.

We then waited another 6 minutes to receive the second frosty. At some point the staff asked us if we were waiting for something. They did not continue with our second frosty until after we verified yet again. And once staffed it continue, they asked us if we wanted it frozen.
