Whitepoint Diner — Restaurant in New York

Hubby and I came here when we were in the neighborhood. We checked the reviews and they looked promising. Promise to feed me well! Yum yum! It was a neighborhood diner with pretty good crowd. We had Ulysses as our waiter. No he's not from the Roman Empire but did a fantastic job. It's a busy breakfast place and everybody was busy eating. I had soft scrambled with turkey bacon and Hubby had two eggs any style. Great breakfast. They made my soft scrambled eggs just the way I like it.

We came here for the second time and this time Karen was the server. She's nice just like Ulysses. I had a vegetable omelette and Hubby had 2 eggs with plus plus. It's a simple diner worth visiting. There’s a counter section and dining section and plenty of room. We saw Ulysses working at the counter. Of course they won’t remember customers unless we come in regularly but we know who gave great service. Keep up...

Arrived with my spouse and elder parents for a late lunch prior to a ball game. The place was packed and mostly full of people eating late breakfasts or lunch.

After waiting at the front door for awhile we were offered (we inquired they didn't suggest) to sit at the service counter as the tables and booths were full and not changing over to quickly.

The wait staff were polite and friendly and promptly took our orders. The food was actually very delicious with plenty of portions to fill even the most hungry of person.

Pricing is very reasonable and tge quality of food is well worth. There is a very large selection but I feel pretty much anything ordered off of it would be great based on the verity our party ordered and enjoyed. Will...

I stopped by this diner last week as I had to get my phone fixed in the same plaza. When I walked in I was greeted and told to sit anywhere. I sat at the counter as they weren't that busy transitioning from the breakfast to lunch crowd. 9 minutes later I still was not acknowledged with a menu or drink and had to ask if anyone was going to serve me. I was not thrilled as there were 4 waitresses on staff and 4 other parties (patrons). I will admit the food was delightful and the french toast melted in your mouth. Although they won't let you get scrambled eggs with cheese mixed in (it will burn the pan as I was told), the cheese on top...
