My partner and I arrived around 3 PM on 07/01/2020. After waiting 45 minutes after arriving, an employee named Unique decided to assist us with our iPhone pick-up. When we walked to her counter, I informed her that I was a little disappointed that we were not serviced before all these other customers who arrived after us since we had arrived first. I told her that I had every intention of purchasing additional accessories with the iPhone, but after being treated so poorly that I just wanted to pick up my phone and leave. She completely ignored me, not even giving me the respect of eye-contact, and asked my partner for his ID. I responded: “So you’re just going to ignore me?” Then looked at my partner and responded “Mira para alla” which translates to “look over there” in English from Spanish. That’s when she repeated what I said in Spanish with loads of attitude and finally acknowledged me. I said: “Oh, now you acknowledge me? Maybe I should record this and send it to customer service to show them the horrible service I’ve received here?” To which another customer began to chime in who we didn’t even recognize who clearly hadn’t been there the entire time to witness the horrible treatment we had received for the 40+ minutes we had waited. She began to shout “Are you threatening her?” Unique responded “Yes!” Its news to me that being able to document terrible and disrespectful customer service is now considered threatening.
Luckily, at this point I had the camera rolling and continued to document both Unique and the customer who berated and cursed at me for several minutes while I didn’t use a single profanity. I was called a “Karen” which was not only a dig at my race as this customer assumed I was “White” completely missing that I spoke Spanish and am Latino and my partner is Black, but also a dig at my partner and I being a gay couple. I admittedly lost my temper as well after having too many F bombs dropped in my direction though and decided to respond with that same energy before leaving with my phone and receipt. I couldn’t believe that the employees would allow another customer to speak in the store to others so ignorantly and vulgarly using such profanity to another customer and not address it in any way, shape or form! I was not going to continue to be disrespected and berated especially after having spent nearly $1300 on a phone and being a customer of Verizon for nearly 15 years! In a time when we have MILLIONS of Americans unemployed, these 2 TERRIBLE people should be more grateful to have jobs! Looks like I’m not the first to leave this type of feedback! They need to be addressed! Oh and it was a lovely gesture to get the middle finger thrown at me from the window from Unique as well as I left the store and walked to my vehicle too! That was the cherry on top! These are the kind of people that Verizon wants representing their brand? I am totally disgusted! Best believe I will be leaving this feedback across any and all...
Read moreI went to this location simply to return my old router and get a new one. Everything was already set through Verizon and I had the misfortune to meet "BhaUni" who said he was the manager. He was incredibly rude and just seemed to have an overall bad attitude. He was not welcoming, his demeanor was that of someone who was upset or disinterested, and when I asked him if I could get a printed receipt at the end of the transaction he said "we don't do that". When I left the store I received an email for my new equipment it had t received one for the items I had returned. I called the store and the person who answered was "BhaUni". When I asked him about the receipt he said "check your email, we do this all day" with such a condescending tone. I explained to him that the reason why I was calling was because I didn't receive the email and told him that I didn't appreciate the poor attitude when I was calling initially to just ask about the receipt. I then asked if there was a manager that I could speak with and he said he was the manager and there was no one else above him that I could speak to ever. He then insisted that I come back to the store for printed receipts in a threatening tone, at which point I said "I thought you guys didn't do that. " overall this was just a poor experience and not the kind of customer service that I expect from anywhere. The threatening/ condescending tone, the way it was handled, and the experience overall guarantees that I won't ever come back to and Your...

I had such a great experience at the Verizon store recently, and I just have to give a shoutout to two amazing employees: Nayeli and Muhammad. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly welcoming and patient.
I came in needing help with a broken phone and getting a replacement. Nayeli took the time to walk me through everything clearly and kindly. She made sure everything was done without ever making me feel rushed. She was so patient and persistent in finding the best solution for my situation.
Muhammad was just as impressive—super knowledgeable and calm.
It’s rare these days to find this level of genuine customer service. They made what could have been a frustrating experience smooth and even enjoyable. Verizon is lucky to have them, and I’m grateful...
