Win Hou — Restaurant in New York

The only problem I have is the last couple of months what I pay is always more than what everything adds up to. It's only a $1 to $1.50 each time, but it adds up. I thought maybe they raised their prices and they just haven't updated the menu that they always give you. We always do takeout, at least once a week. But I read another review on here that says it happens to him when he goes to the restaurant himself. We are loyal customers and always tip well. But if this is what they're going to do to their customers we will find some place else to order from. This business is actually ripping off (over charging) their customers and need to be reported. Pay attention to the prices on the menu. Even after you add tax to their menu prices they're still charging you more. When you ask for an explanation, then they'll give you the money back that they overcharged you. It happened to me twice. The second time I just requested a full refund and decided not to further patronize this...

My family and I have been coming here for years! Great spot. However, as of recently, some changes have been made, and not for the good. What happened to the wings? They are tiny!
