Xing Sheng - Jackie Chan's Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in New York

I have been patronizing this Chinese store for many years, and I think this is the last straw. The quality of food is inconsistent and the service is bearable to down right rude and yesterday was exactly that. I haven't ordered from them since Covid19 happened, but 2 weeks ago I ordered bean curd in garlic sauce with brocolli and an order of wings.my food came promptly and it was delicious The wings were large & fried correctly & crispy despite being drenched in ketchup and barbecue sauce. I thought things were looking up with their food quality and attitude... nope! I ordered another order of wings and their Szechuan beef. The wings were small and quality of the chicken wasnt good As for the beef 1st thing I noticed was they packed it with rice and the Szechuan beef was maybe a quarter of the rectangle container. Made my son a plate and when I went to bite into a larger piece i got this stringy mushy taste which i promptly spit out. I have never ever gotten undercooked chinese food. But low and behold it was pink and raw in the middle. I called back to inform them and the lady on the phone really tried to tell me the beef is supposed to be tender and that the meat was cooked and that my eyes and mouth were deceiving me. At that point I realized they didnt care and saved my breath and hung up. I wind up throwing out mostly untouched food. I won't be ordering from...

An ugly scar to the Chinese food Franchise . My first encounter ordering for delivery they took 2 hrs before they arrived, I noticed that they give u a different tray from the one they give u when u pick up the food yourself and these delivery trays are smaller. My second delivery experience the driver literally started driving off before I could get my arm out of the car , I also ordered had two separate orders both asking for double obay chicken and as it can clearly been seen in the picture they only gave one.... and they did it with both orders... I made the decision not to deal with...

these people are all about their money. how is it that you go there one day and the food is good and done to your preference , and then the next day its horrible. to put the icing on the cake...they are your neighbors. I have been buying food from them since they came to the neighborhood and I feel very much Disrespect. I"m never going back there again. . they don't deserve my hard earned money. .guess what ...its 50 million Chinese restaurants in the hood. dont get it...
