China Sea Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Newark

I forgot to take a photo, BUT..I ordered 2 shrimp rolls, beef and broccoli, honey wings, and chicken lo mein. My sisters and I were traveling from VA and wanted some NJ/NY area Chinese food. The gentleman didnt speak english, which is understandable but he hung up on me like 7 times when trying to deliver the food. When i got the food, It was HORRID. The chicken was swimming in what looked like honey mixed with a bright yellow "sauce". It was slimy. My sister said her beef and broc tasted like it was seasoned with a ramen noodle packet. The shrimp rolls still had a layer of bread that looked uncooked. It was the white color that the egg rolls are when you pull it out if the freezer. I got the lunch special I picked the General Tso's Chicken, the egg roll and a large wonton soup. The Chicken and rice were alright. I never got my egg roll, I even called. The person answering the phone told me not to worry that I did not get charged for it thanked me and hung up. There was a language barrier which is fine but have a resolution game plan people. The wonton soup broth was not horrible. The wontons though were horrible, they barely had meat and them.Then the dough of the wonton was to thick. I am not sure if the resturant makes the wontons or buys them but these wontons need to go. I am am not going to order...

THEY GAVE ME RAW FOOD. I ordered beef and broccoli and when I bit into the beef it was red and it tasted rank and spoiled. I called the restaurant to explain and they agreed to change the food and give me the price difference. Not only did they bring the second order extra late (to the point my husband was finished eating his food, which was not that good by the way) but they lied and never gave me the difference. The driver and the person on the phone were so disrespectful. THEY STOLE MY MONEY and said they gave it to me. There are way better Chinese restaurants. Take your money elsewhere.
