If I could give this location a zero, I would. This was by far the worst service I’ve experienced. I ordered a drink, and even after confirming my order verbally, they got it wrong. The staff are consistently rude, and I had a major issue with a $50 charge that wasn’t refunded after they failed to provide my food. When I asked the manager about it, he was extremely unhelpful and rude, clearly trying to avoid issuing a refund. Despite my proof through receipts and bank transactions, he became confrontational and started yelling instead of resolving the problem. Eventually, I was referred to the regional manager, who was polite and attempted to help, but the issue still hasn’t been fixed.

The environment at this location is uncomfortable overall. There have been inappropriate interactions, with older employees reportedly hitting on freshman college students who come in as customers, which is completely unacceptable. My call to action is for management to remove this terrible manager and ensure the staff receive training on basic courtesy and professionalism. I've been to this location 2x, the first time I came to this specific Dunkin location I talked with the manager while I studied for my exams (cyber security) for 3 whole hours. Nobody bothered me nor did they say I had to make a purchase to stay. I'm aware and grateful to the manager for allowing this, because I understand that she could have made it very difficult for me. A heavy set white (I'm not sure honestly if this person is male or female) then interrupted me as I headed towards the bathroom and made a statement " I have to peeee" I explained it's fine u work hard go ahead I'll wait. She proceeded to go to the bathroom and after she left, I headed in and when I open the door a woft of sweaty salty sardine smell entered my nostrils, I almost vomited I proceeded to use the restroom and 3 mins in I hear a nock at the door saying I still have to pee. If I am able to write no starts I would. I went to this Dunkin' Donuts to buy breakfast through drive through. I kept saying hello through the speaker to place my order and no one would answer. I waited for almost ten minutes and no one would answer. I drive to the window and informed the girl taking orders I kept saying hello to place my order and did not get a response. She looked at me and walked away. An Indian guy came to the window and rudely said "you should have waited for me to talk" and asked me to go around when there was a huge line. I told h I was talking he could've just told me to wait. He is wearing the microphone over his head so why wouldn't he say to wait? He was very rude and kept screaming at me telling me to move.
