Flamez — Restaurant in Newark

I really like to support small businesses but this is my second experience and it was the second negative one. The first time, I took it to the manager and hoped that my next experience would be better.

First issue- ordered 3 piece tilapia with fries for $9.99. But in reality what I received was 1 1/2 filets. The tilapia was spit down the middle and served as a “piece”. When it’s split, there is one meaty side and then one thinner side. And the thinner side was over cooked so it was dry.

Second issue- ordered a wing combo. The wings looked horrible! They were so over cooked it was jerky.

The fries for both meals were saturated in oil as though the oil wasn’t hot enough when they put the fries in the oil because they just absorbed so much it was inedible. Save your money and either fry your own wings or go someplace with a proven record. Very...

I placed a order on 11/20/20 earlier in the day. My order was ready when I asked them to be. They were hot and fresh also absolutely delicious. My customer service need was handled very professionally. I will return with my business and tell all I know to go visit Flamez.
