Panda Garden — Restaurant in Newark

I had two orders. One order was chicken egg foo yung, the other chicken wings and beef fried rice. The chicken wings and beef fried rice were fine. However, the chicken egg foo yung was horrible. The patties were burnt and the gravy had absolutely no flavor. I even ordered a larger white rice. I spent a good amount of money for these orders. When I wanted to return the chicken egg foo yung because it was burnt and get something else, I was told that I had to pay half price for that order. Even though they seen that the egg foo yung was barely touched (and took it back also) they still charged me half price for another order. This is not good customer service at all. This is not a place that I plan on patronizing ever again, and neither will any one of my coworkers who often patronize this place as well. Lord only knows what they did with the food that they took back from me…………bad...

Food was cold it was kind of my fault I should’ve checked. I called them within a 5 to 10 minutes radius and my food was ready. The chicken was cold wasn’t fresh at all the rice wasn’t fresh at all either. I also got up charged, which I was kind of confused because I was told one price over the phone and it was another price in person. Paid an extra 2 dollars. Probably wouldn’t go back here by far the worst experience I had I’ve eaten from here before but no more good...

I normally place an order here where you can get chicken wings and pork lomein as a combo for a decent price. Called to place an order today and the combo option is no longer available. You have to purchase the wings and lomein separately which equates to a much higher price. For a place that doesn’t even heat the facility in the dead of winter, I can’t begin to think of why the price would increase the way it has. I won’t be spending my...
