Absolutely phenomenal! Founding Brothers delivered a knockout experience, crowned by the brilliant work of Head Chef Dave. You can taste his craftsmanship in every bite--flavors layered with intention, textures dialed in, and that confident flair you only get from a chef at the top of his game. Dave's cooking is the kind that makes you pause mid-sentence, smile, and immediately plan your next visit.

Our order: two waters, one nacho (no protein), a side of BBQ sauce, two Arnold Palmer iced teas, a vegan smash burger, coleslaw, southern fried catfish (fried perfectly), mac and cheese, and sweet potato fries. Highlights? The catfish was a golden masterclass--crisp outside, tender and juicy inside. The vegan smash burger was shockingly satisfying, with bold flavor and a craveable sear. First, I have to give a huge shoutout to Chef Dave – the food was simply amazing. The Southern Fried Catfish was perfectly seasoned and cooked to absolute perfection – crispy on the outside, tender and flaky inside. The sides of Mac & Cheese and Cornbread were rich, flavorful, and full of that true Southern comfort taste. Paired with their refreshing Southern Sweet Tea, it was a meal I’ll be craving again and again. Chef Dave’s talent in the kitchen truly made this dining experience unforgettable.
