2 stars only because this is a very nice-looking clean McDonald’s. I went on 11/4 at night to get to coffee. This is a summary of my experience:
-Went in, 7 employees joking around talking in Spanish, no one acknowledged we were there waiting. -When a cashier finally came to us I said: “2 Medium black coffees, one with 2 sugars, the other one with 2 sweeteners” then he asked what size, if I wanted milk or cream, and how many sugars. I think my initial order was clear enough. However, I didn’t mind since he barely spoke English.
When he brought the coffees I asked which one had sugar and which one had sweetener. He said he didn’t know what sweetener war. I said Splenda or Equal. He the went to get the coffee again, brought me a new one and it had no sugar nor sweeter on it. So disappointing. I dealt with it and just sat down to drink my coffee.
A couple minutes later I came to the counter to ask if I could use the bathroom (since apparently they have to unlock it for every customer). I was very polite but the girl just yelled: “GO AHEAD”. I went and the door was still locked. I came back to the counter and asked her to please unlock the door, to which she responded: “YOU GOTTA WAIT. I’M NOT EVEN SUPPOSED TO LET YOU USE THE BATHROOM”. I asked how is a paying customer not allowed to use the bathroom. She said she didn’t know I was a customer, to which I responded: “maybe you should ask instead of assuming”. Overall a terrible experience that night.
I came back the next morning for coffee. This time I asked for sweetener on the side. This other cashier also didn’t know what that was. Their English level is very low, and it’s disrespectful how they just speak Spanish in front of customers. I obviously don’t mind if the employees are immigrants but this is AMERICA. If they wanna speak Spanish at work they can go back to Dominican...
Read moreThe staff here is entirely Hispanic and the customer service here is horrid. We have ordered through the drive thru and online. This time we ordered from Uber eats. 3 breakfast platters & one big breakfast. We were sent 2 breakfast platters and 1 big breakfast. Our delivery bag was not tampered with. So we knew the restaurant was at fault. My husband called the restaurant first to inform them of the problem then had to leave out and go pick up the missing breakfast for our child. Despite paying unnecessary fees on Uber eats to avoid this in the first place. When he arrives, still patient and just simply wanting our missing platter, NATASHA, the employee who made our order insists she packed our order correctly as if we would lie and leave out to get an extra meal. Be serious! After debating with my husband about the validity of our claims and tossing the blame between him and the delivery driver, she eventually makes the meal, then my husband requests syrup. She made him stand there and wait as if she had to go ask someone about this request. After talking and laughing with her coworkers she decided ring him up for the syrup & charge him for it. We felt this was ridiculous and requested her name. Once he asked her her name she decided to give it to him free of charge. My husband was treated like some type of thief or scam artist for requesting food he rightfully paid for. While NATASHA was the individual who messed up our order to begin with. Instead of owning it, she and her coworkers ridiculed my husband while being pleasant to other patrons of the Hispanic race. So much so that the black security officer followed him outside, apologized on their behalf and commended him for remaining calm. This location is RACIST. Go somewhere else. As for the...
Read moreWaited at the drive through for 10 minutes and ended up calling for someone to come to the window. By this time our code disappeared and the employee refused to help us. We asked for a manager and he said the manager was too busy to help us. We said we needed to talk to a higher up. He finally told us to pull to the window for the manager. It was HIM, the same employee, claiming to be the manager. He said he would not give us our free sandwich even though we showed him and explained to him we had been waiting. He refused to show us a manager card, he refused to comp anything for us and when we said we had been waiting he said “I’m so sorry, we do have to clean you know” in a sarcastic tone. We asked for the store number and how to contact the store manager and he said he couldn’t give it to us- then he went on to give us some random number and said “Jose” was the store manager. Well Jose, I think it’s funny that your managers are employees, have no business cards, no ability to comp food, and blames the customer for their lack of work ethic. Honestly the most insane and ridiculous McDonald’s I have ever been to- or anywhere for that matter. ALSO some man was at the front of the restaurant with...
