So this place is very unappreciated for me being an everyday customer because I work for USCIS building and come to get me some food and shakes so as a federal employee I was getting a percentage off with me presenting my badge at the register. So two times last week I had a very horrible experience with one elder guy that was at the register and then the second time I had a horrible experience with a bleach blonde hair lady and she talk to me in a very unprofessional manner and loud tone in front of other customers behind me that she is not going to give me a discount because she would only give discount to the ones that carry a weapon in the building. And I was like ok but I really think that me as an everyday customer have the right to get an employee discount cause I work for the same building that the people that carry a weapon at the same building . So for not appreciating my business with them I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR A NICE FRIENDLY RESTAURANT. And I feel like this two individuals can be nicer to customers if they want the business to continue growth. But the way the act now they probably have less people want to come in .i hope that this issue can be solved and hopefully other’s customers won’t have this...

Bad customer service, I’m a pregnant women who went to Newark from Perth Amboy to run some errands and I stopped at the Brick city market restaurant to have breakfast and to wait for someone and also have them breakfast. It was very cold. I did not felt welcome because while I was thinking what I was about to eat because it was still too early this old lady kept on top of me saying that I have to be eating something if I want stay in the restaurant. After that the environment felt so heavy. Also when I got my food the waiters were not attentive, didn’t even ask if I needed anything not even once, didn’t even have a fork, spun no napkins or a stroll for a natural juice That I ordered, The only one who treated me fairly was the men on the plancha doing the sandwiches, he was the one who took care of me even though that wasn’t his job, because he saw the way I was being treated. Thanks to him I stayed and...

My experience here has always been spot on, there workers treat each customer with respect and sweetness. I love going every time I get out of work, they always have great food amazing details on the menus and also they make sure you’re satisfied with your order. Due to COVID 19 they sometimes have to close early but always tries to get enough people satisfied with ordering and coming in. I don’t think I’d go anywhere else as long as they keep there doors open with all the familiar happy and joyful people I’ve come to know and appreciate so much. You can tell they treat everyone as family even customers. Love you guys and looking forward to eating with yous for as long as I live. P.S you must try there Spanish cuisine it’s literally to die...

I understand that things are high but please update your menu. I come to this place and sometimes things are okay, sometimes the prices are not as advertised, minus any tax. If your menu says one price but your iPad register says another price, whose fault is that. The cashier lady with the tattooed eye brows was rude and wanted to debate and overall me about the price of the eggs because on the menu the boiled eggs say 0.75 cents. In the store, I tried to order a couple and they rang up as $1.25 each. I simply said no, I don’t approve of bait and switch or rudeness, especially when people are at fault.

Lovely atmosphere, the employees were super friendly ,and the burger and fries I ordered were so yummy!🥰😍 Seriously, its difficult to find a really good spot that's local, and doesn't cost an arm and a leg lol.🤣 Its a very welcoming new little spot to take the family,a friend or go alone. Also, the prices are decent. 🤔 I have gone other places ,paid a few bucks more and the food wasn't half as good.🤔 So if you have yet to check it out, you will not be disappointed and don't forget to spread the word. #highlyrecommend
