My sister placed a order through their website to get the food delivered that was the worst mistake to ever do. I called the store the lady on the phone said who delivered it has nothing to do with them but they are the ones that charged her. I arrived at the store with everything in these photos and asked to speak with a manager very politely however when the young lady asked the manger to speak with me she said “what do you want” while looking at me sideways. I explained everything to her and she said “oh well I told you that it’s not through us” yea I have screenshots of the conversation I had with DoorDash and they said it’s through Wendy’s. The only person that was actually able to help us out was the general manager I believe and she was more polite than the other lady. Worst place to order from using any mobile app it’s less stressful to just come in person because if they mess up the order then can get that corrected right then and there. After I went to check to make sure , she repeated the “thank you” again as if she was trying to basically say “move it along” . My grandson and I came inside after going through the drive through because we both had to use the bathroom, I asked the rep 3 times to please buzz the door to let us in the bathroom, another gentleman who also had to use the bathroom asked the workers 3 times to buzz the door to let us in the bathroom... It was ridiculous because my grandson almost pissed on himself. That was the worst exoerience I've ever had at Wendy's restaurant on Springfield Ave in Newark New Jersey. I have loved to frequently patron Wendy's restaurant since I was a teenager, and I am know 50 yrs old.
