Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Newberg

This place was a game changer for me. I started working nearby for 6 months and I seen there was a dutch near our work place. I was not excited because my first experience i was disappointed in dutch bros coffee, then I tried it another to see maybe if I just got a bad drink and I just couldn't drink it anymore. Well when I started working I seen every single coworker for dutch every single day and it got really hot doing my job so I decided I wanted to try one. So I got a drink and I wasn't disappointed for once. I live in lafayette so I only tried mcminnvilles location the 2 times. I decided to try another flavor or type of cold drink so I can see how good their beverages were and I just fell in love. I love all the Boba drinks, way better than statbucks bobs and cheaper a larger than theirs. The iced tea, lemonades, fuels, and even a hot coffee that was recommended by one of the gals were fantastic. This is my fav location also due to the most amazing girls/women on earth and there's a couple gentlemen I met that were so nice. Great Cold Brew! I stop in here almost daily. Gotten hooked on the Cold Brew Kicker!! Last Sunday I stopped in and the young blonde girl at the window position was amazing, wish I knew her name so I could give her credit. Rather than the standard 2 questions most of them ask, she was drawing pictures of her team on a small whiteboard and sharing wi6h customers. Now a artist she wasn't, but she did an amazing job of having a real conversation with me that was fun, upbeat and genuine. I have had some people their not talk to me at all and others act like it was a bother for them to get out of bed that day, but this young lady earned 10 stars all on her own! She deserves a raise for her creativity and energy! I would also put her in charge of training the window team members how to truly make a connection and impact someone's day. My drink was great. No issue there! I had an iced cold brew. The location was just ok in that I was on the phone via car Bluetooth when I ordered (walk up employee on a tablet took my order and had me pay - a great idea they use) and when I pulled up to the window to get my drink they were blasting music so loud that I couldn't hear my call. I nearly put my window up. The kid handing me my drink obviously couldn't hear me, because of the music. It was just a cluster. Not a good deal. He was disconnected with me at that moment Too bad.
