Beware stay away : if I could give no stars I would
My family and I decided to go this subway for dinner, before going to a school concert on Tuesday evening, and since we were on that side of town we would go to this location. Boy was that a bad idea. I have only been to this location 1 time, this would have been my 2nd time. Walked in and lots of the tables were dirty, giving the benefit of the doubt because I used to work at the other subway, maybe they got busy. We waited almost 35 mins for her to make 1 foot long and 1 six inch. My mom decided to not get a sandwich because of all the NATS ON THE FOOD. Which weren’t as bad until she was up to order 35 mins later. ( They could go to any store and pick up the nat traps.) Also there was a guy working with the girl, why wasn’t he helping her? Also with the guy working, he was touching the trash cans taking the trash out. And was touching the counters without washing his hands. I told him that was against the rules and to wash his hands, it’s food safety . He washed his hands for 2 to 5 secs if that, and said it’s not a big deal, I’m just going to touch the containers not the food. I then told him hell yes it is a big deal, and that I would be calling the DM Jennie and which I did while I was still waiting for my food. That was Tuesday that I called and left a message, I still haven’t heard anything from her. So clearly I guess they don’t care about food safety at this location and if they don’t care for it at this location then they don’t care at the other 2 they have. Which is honestly crazy to me because when I worked there Jennie was all about cleanliness and proper food storage. I will not be going back to any of the subways that are ran by these folks. It’s sad too, but it’s okay Jersey Mikes is coming to town!
Also you guys might want to educate your employees on how to ring out customers she was going to charge me 32 for a six inch 33 $6.99 and a foot long chicken breast $10 and some change 1 meal and one extra bag of chips. I calculated it and it came up to $24 dollars and that’s what I ended up paying because I had to tell her what to tap on the screen. Read moreWaited an hour for an online order because an employee 'accidentally' skipped our online order - or "thought he did" earlier, but he brushed it off. I literally waited in store for an hour, while they helped EVERY PERSON who walked through the door BEFORE they finally made my sandwich.
This location has the worst customer service I've ever received in my life from a Subway location. It's disrespectful to waste my valuable time like that and do nothing to make it right, like at the very least prioritizing my order since it was skipped.
To be honest, the workers apology wasn't enough. Hire better employees who are actually capable, because your current employees are literally terrible. 👌
*update I swore up and down I would NEVER order from this location again, but today I decided to place an order for delivery from this location, and I'm currently trying to call the store to give them the apartment number we live at because the app gives no option to place an apartment number in the address field. But the store doesn't answer...

Told me to order one on App. I ordered one on App. As he was making the second sandwich for me... up steps Samara and charges my friend for the first sandwich. I told her I had just through 30 minutes doing the online 2 for 1 order and to refund my friend. Samara said ok and texted manager for approval. Then Samara refused when she saw only one sandwich purchased on my online order. Samara repeatedly REFUSED to recontact the manger for approval to refund my friend. I explained I had waited an additional 30 minutes for the 2 for 1. Samara shouldn't be in her position. I won't be back at any Subway. The young man tried to give me cash out of his wallet and I declined. Samara is a problem. She should have requested approval from her manager to continue with the refund to my friend and honor my online purchase effort and given us the 2 for 1 deal which we spent 35 minutes trying...
