Absolute worst customer service ever from a business!! Was charged $49 for three value meals and refused a refund!!!!!. I asked the teen girl at the window how it came to $49 for three sandwich value meals and could I see the receipt and she said there was a mistake but we fixed it and it’s $41 now. I paid and then asked for the receipt and when I questioned the pricing on the receipt that had obvious errors with items added and subtracted, the female calling herself the missing teeth manager was the rudest, trashiest person i have ever dealt with. She told me to read the menu better when I order and that teenagers make mistakes. When I pointed out on all three items with the possible errors she said I should read the menu board and pay attention when ordering. One item I had ordered was a chicken tender meal with an Dr Pepper and I was charged for 5 tenders, a medium fry, and a medium drink all separately for almost $13. I also ordered a smoked brisket meal and asked if I could substitute the soda for a shake and the drive through order taker said “yes”. Well apparently the meal was charged at $13.19 and then another $4.19 for the shake. When I asked how come the order taker didn’t mention the extra charges She again banged on the menu board and said see here our prices are right here……exactly where a chicken tender meal is showing at $10.99. When I told the manager to forget it I would take my business elsewhere she refused to give me a refund!!!! I asked for the owners name and number and was told to find it myself because they aren’t a franchise. I again asked for owners name and number and she told me to call corporate and gripe. I certainly hope those poor teens working there are treated better than the customers and absolutely trained better and by the other reviews I’m reading this seems to be the norm at the Newcastle Arbys. Read moreI stoped for lunch at the arbys in tricity on my way to a customers house the service truck i drive will not fit in any drive through, i found the lobby door locked so i politly knocked on the window after i knoticed an employee sitting at one of the tables the employe informed the manager that i was at the door. A moment later the manager comes to the door and opened the door and leaned through the opening keeping to door closed as much as possible. I then explaned thay my work van will not fit in the drive through i aske kindly if i may order in the lobby. The manager then stated that i had to stand in the drive through line. I politly asked "are you serious "because it caught me off gaurd that she would not offer to take my order while i wated outside. I would have been understanding of that. but that must not have been an option eather the manager of the arbys then stated that they would get in truble if they let anyone in so i kindly said that ill walk across the street and have lunch at sonic. I go to the arbys in okc at lease 2 times a month and there lobbys are open im able to order without any issue in the city. I will no longer give my business to arbys because of this hypocrisy, You may think that its over board to completly stop patronizing a business for something as small as this but if your not going to accommodate your customer and then ask a customer to walk through the drive throug than you do not have the customers safty in mind and you do not want to earn the loyalty of customers. Read moreI ordered three roast beef slider and a small potato cake. My husband order the new Brisket sandwich combo. The employees were very nice and fast. So when the drive-thur person hand us our food I had my husband wait until I checked to make sure everything was right. The only thing that was missing was my potato cakes so I walk in to the lobby. Where there was two ladies stand at the register. These ladies were very nice and eager help. They asked if they could help me and I explained that I didn't get the potato cakes so they asked the guy running the drive thur if he had forgotten my potato cakes and he said yes, so the lady said well will you give them to her and he told her that there wasn't any made. So they asked if I wanted to wait for them and said I could wait in my car if I'd like and they would bring them to me so I did. They brought me my food and they tasted like they were cooked in burnt grease. The flavor was really bad. I just wanted to say that they were very nice polite people and they said they were sorry. But when I got my food and I just didn't want to go back in and tell them. So we left I wish that these places would he more aware of there fryers cleanliness.
