No, Dunkin will not help you redeem their free drink on your birthday. It is all over the Internet that they offer this and I used to drink their often when I worked at the Love's so I was a member of the rewards but when visited the location in Newcastle, the brunette "managing" not only was rude and didn't help in ANY WAY but while we were trying to order she was discussing an employee leaving instead of talking to us. I finally just ordered a drink for my daughter which she was rude about to begin with, sneared at us that would "could possibly" get a free donut for my birthday but then didn't offer it or use an OUNCE of customer service when we ordered. To top it off my daughter's strawberry colada tasted like Nothing but shaved ice. No flavor whatsoever.. I worked at this Love's location for years and she was just AWFUL. NOT A HAPPY BIRTHDAY for me, I guess. As well as they didn't even tell us when my daughter's drink was ready, dropped it on the counter and just went in the back to chat with other employees... Just awesome customer service, let...

I’ve been going here for 8yrs. Service has been hit or miss. Coffees messed up numerous times. I have a heart condition and my husband has diabetes. So 1 drink no caffeine & 1 sugar free. I always ask for no whip and they add it anyways, making me question if the rest of the important requests are ignored, risking our health factors. Today, I was given only given 1 drink and they quickly make the 2nd when I mentioned it and they made it totally wrong. Had to go back up there after I got home and realized. No apology… I told the girl I wanted the correct drink, a decaf caramel craze -no whip. Girl hollered for them to make another caramel craze no whip. I said “it has to be decaf. I have heart issues”. Then she quickly told them to make decaf. I dunno what...

I've gotten 4 chai lattes from this location & 1 matcha latte. Well, today 've finally learned my lesson. The match latte was so chunky & straight matcha without the oatmilk & vanilla I asked for. The first chai I asked for a pump of vanilla, there was so much French vanilla in that drink, french vanilla is all that could be tasted. The 2nd chai latte I got I asked for light vanilla, same issue. The 3rd chai tasted very watered down & was very light in color. & today. Today I gave it one last shot & ordered a small chai. No vanilla. Nothing extra. Just an iced chai latte for the love of Pete. I got a cup of iced whole milk ya'll. Whhhyyyyyy!!!! So frustrating! Maybe it's a training issue? I'm not sure but I've fully given up on...
